2015 Annual Conference and Trade Show 1 -3 July 2015 Queenstown Tasmania

The 2015 TMEC Minerals Conference program can be downloaded here

The conference focussed positively on the best elements of the industries contribution to Tasmania – providing stakeholders, sponsors and members with a chance to share the developments and opportunities in the products and services they offer and to provide the industries an opportunity to share their thinking on matters germane to the future viability of industry in Tasmania – and thereby the future viability of the regions in which they operate - bringing focus to the region and to show that we share ideals and strategies which will support the ongoing viability of life and business in regional Tasmania.

Tasmania is too small for one industry sector to operate in its own silo. An action in one sector very quickly results in a reaction in another sector. This conference, headlined as “Your Future Tasmania” concentrated on the major economic and social drivers within the regions of Tasmania and focussed on looking forward rather than looking back.
